Tempest Keep was merely a setback! The Sunwell has been reactivated by Kael'thas and is being used as a mystic portal to summon Kil'jaeden. Join the ranks of the Shattered Sun Offensive and retake the island from Kael'thas' legions.
The Isle of Quel'Danas quest hub along with the Magisters' Terrace dungeon and Arena Season 4 will be released on 22/11/2020.
The Isle will be released in its final stage and all of its daily quests along with Magisters' Terrace dungeon will be available right away. We'll provide a release date for the Sunwell Plateau raid as well as opportunities for guilds to help us test the instance on the PTR some time in the near future.
Season 3 will end on 22.11 (23:59 server time) with similar title and rewards distribution as the previous seasons. You can find the details at the bottom of this page. Arena points will continue to be distributed twice a week (Sunday and Wednesday, 06:00 server time). As is tradition arena points will be wiped when Season 4 starts and you'll keep all of your honor points.
Players will be able to obtain Arena Season 3 set pieces for Honor, Arena Season 3 weapons for a discounted arena points price and Arena Season 2 weapons for honor points.
As we're getting closer to the final chapter of the expansion, the development team has their sights set on resolving in-game issues, performance and stability improvements as well as something exciting that we'll announce at a later time.
The rewards for placing high on the arena ladder are as follows (for both 2v2 and 3v3 brackets):
Rank 1 — Vengeful Gladiator title, a Vengeful Nether Drake and Artisan Riding.
Ranks 2 and 3 — Gladiator title, a Vengeful Nether Drake and Artisan Riding.
Ranks 4 and 5 — Gladiator title.
Ranks 6 to 10 — Duelist title.
Ranks 11 to 20 — Rival title.
Ranks 21 to 30 — Challenger title.
Please note that in order to be eligible for the rewards you'll need to be in at least 70% of the team's total games played and your personal rating needs to be within 100 rating of the team's rating. As it's become increasingly harder to keep track of character ownership it's become apparent to us that the previous rule needs adjustment. For Season 3 rewards characters will be eligible to receive rewards regardless if they were played by their owners.
